Extremly rude people!!! I was trying to get set up and book a load with them, they kept saying that we do not qualify. Our Highway profile has no bad insights and we have no problem getting set up with any brokers but them. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, to politely ask someone to send me a set up link so I can at least try to get set up. The lady who answered in brokerage was exteremly rude and started screaming at me and kept saying that we have 6 bad insights on highway when this was not true!! She said that she will block our number and put us on do not use list, which it doesn't make any sense. Im not concererned with not able to book this load, but the way they treat people and not letting us to try to fix the issue and get set up. I called Highway carrier support multiple times, and they said that the issue is from the broker side not ours. We are in business for over 10 years, set up with hundreds of brokers on highway but never dealt with that kind of ignorance and rudness. Very bad experience!!!
