Celebrating Another Year at TLI
As we close out our thirty second year at Translogistics, Inc. (TLI), our team came together for the annual TLI Christmas party. Colleagues from across the country joined in to celebrate another successful year. Ahead of the event, we held a companywide poll that invited employees to nominate and vote for teammates who best represent our core values of Trust, Loyalty, and Integrity.
TLI Awards: the Trust, Loyalty, and Integrity Awards
Every year, our employees vote on the employees who exhibit the core values of TLI: Trust, Loyalty, and Integrity. This year, we renamed the awards to honor and celebrate TLI figures who reflect the core values of the award.
2025 Trust Award Winner
Trust is the foundation that strengthens our relationships with one another, our vendor partners, and our customers. It is defined by confidence in a person’s ability, integrity, and character. The recipient of this award exemplifies a commitment to building lasting, trustworthy relationships, consistently goes above and beyond to support those around them, and demonstrates genuine empathy and understanding.
Emma Rubendall, Finance Resolution Specialist
Emma has been with the company for six years, primarily on the audit team. In her time at TLI, Emma has earned trust from all stakeholders including teammates, carriers, and shippers from her commitment to her work. Even with a mountain of work or tasks that seems impossible, Emma remains calm, focused, and determined. No challenge is too big, and no detail is too small.

They are a positive influence, someone who can always be relied upon, and a person who embodies the spirit of true loyalty.
Diane Cline, Logistics Coordinator
Diane recently celebrated her five-year milestone at Translogistics, Inc. (TLI). Throughout her time with the company, she has been an essential and dependable member of her team, consistently demonstrating dedication and commitment. Even when Diane is unavailable, she ensures that her responsibilities are fully covered and shippers are taken care of.

2025 Integrity Award Winner
Integrity reflects a firm commitment to a consistent set of ethical and moral principles, grounded in truthfulness, honesty, and honor. The recipient of this award demonstrates integrity by choosing to do what is right, even when the situation is challenging. This person treats others with dignity, follows through on commitments, and upholds TLI’s standards of integrity in every interaction.
Kierstin Moulden, Business Operations Analyst
Kierstin has been with TLI for more than four years, and during that time she has taken on several different roles with a wide range of responsibilities. She began in operations, working directly with clients each day, before transitioning into the accounting department. With every project and task, Kierstin demonstrates exceptional integrity, even when the work is outside of her comfort zone. Her teammates recognized this and selected her as the 2025 recipient of the TLI Integrity Award.
