Celebrating Excellence: TLI’s End-of-Year Awards
As the year comes to a close, we at TLI take a moment to reflect on our team’s accomplishments and celebrate those who have gone above and beyond. This moment is all about honoring the dedication, innovation, and teamwork that fuel our success.
Recently, we hosted our annual TLI Christmas party—a joyful event where our team gathered to celebrate another remarkable year. As part of the festivities, we conducted a company-wide poll, inviting employees to nominate and vote for colleagues who truly exemplify TLI’s core values: Trust, Loyalty, and Integrity.
The results are in, and we’re excited to announce the winners of this year’s TLI Awards! These individuals have made outstanding contributions and embody the principles that drive our organization forward.
TLI Awards: the Trust, Loyalty, and Integrity Awards
Every year, our employees vote on the employees who exhibit the core values of TLI: Trust, Loyalty, and Integrity. This year, we renamed the awards to honor and celebrate TLI figures who reflect the core values of the award.
The Mark Crocco Trust Award
Trust is the foundation that binds our relationships with one another, our vendor partners and our customers. Trust is characterized by assured reliance on the character, ability, strength and truth of one’s character.
Mark Crocco is the embodiment of trust. And it is worth advising that he possesses and combines sincerity and compassion with a true gift of actively listening and counseling, while always withholding judgement. Trust is the foundation of relationships, as it allows us to be vulnerable and open to someone without feeling defensive or protective. Likewise, TLI cannot think of anyone more trustworthy than Mark Crocco, and for that the TRUST AWARD is named in his honor.

Jennifer Rosado
“[Jennifer] has been an integral part of the team.. When working in a service based industry, more specifically customer service as TLI does, it is absolutely imperative to provide the customer with the best experience day in and day out, and Jennifer does that. She truly has a servant heart and goes out of her way to please our customers”
Donna Lewis
“Donna represents TLI wish such grace and honesty – always speaking highly of her greater teammates and of what TLI will do for the client and the company. Customers trust her and she does what she says she’s going to do and trust is what our relationships with our customers are based on.”
The David Orr Loyalty Award
Loyalty captures our long-term commitment to serve our customers, vendor partners and employees by putting their respective needs first. Loyalty at its core represents one’s being faithful and devoted to someone and/or something else. One’s loyalty reveals a sincere selflessness, putting others’ ahead of oneself.
David Orr has been, throughout his 19-year tenure at TLI, the epitome of loyalty and selflessness. It is for this unique quality that the LOYALTY AWARD is named in his honor.

We are proud to honor David Orr for over 20 years of dedicated service to TLI. As David retires, we reflect on his unwavering commitment, hard work, and the lasting impact he has made on our team and success.
David has been a cornerstone of TLI, and while he moves into this next chapter, he will always be part of the TLI family. We thank him for his remarkable contributions and wish him a retirement full of joy and new adventures.
The Scott McDevitt Integrity Award
Integrity refers to the absolute commitment, and adherence to, a very specific positive code of ethical and moral principles, characterized by always being truthful, honest, and honorable. Those with a high level of integrity are incorruptible and always uncompromising in the moral and ethical values that they truly believe in.
Scott McDevitt walks the walk. And talks the talk. He personifies integrity, which is why the INTEGRITY AWARD is named in his honor.
